\n\t\t\t\t\tI started \"Let\u2019s Do It, Romania!\" when I was 23 years old, driven by a simple but radical belief:\nthat people can be empowered, united and mobilised around a shared cause \u2014 and that collective action can change mindsets, not just outcomes.\n\n

\nWhat followed became one of the first large-scale civic actions in the country, and eventually one of the largest civic mobilisation movements in Europe. We brought together people and institutions that had rarely worked side by side before \u2014 central and local authorities, NGOs, large companies, media, celebrities, influencers and even the President of the country.\n\n

\nBy building trust, strong communication and meaningful partnerships, we mobilised over 2 million people, cleaned the country, educated young generations and helped shift mentalities around responsibility, participation and care for the environment.\n\n

\nThat experience shaped me deeply \u2014 not only as a communicator and mobiliser, but as a human being working under pressure, responsibility and visibility from a very young age.<\/a><\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\tToday, I work internationally with individuals, teams and organisations, helping them grow as leaders, honour their authenticity and communicate from a place of coherence and integrity. My work sits at the intersection of communication, storytelling, human potential and empowerment \u2014 supporting people to act in alignment with who they truly are.\n\n\n\nI am drawn to spaces, organisations and initiatives that are meaningful \u2014 that care about people and the planet, that value humanity, and that are willing to lead with both courage and consciousness.\n\n\n\nThis is the thread that connects everything I do:\nfrom large-scale mobilisation to leadership development, from public action to inner transformation \u2014 always in service of more human, alive and sustainable ways of working and living.\u200b<\/a><\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\nAfter going to University, my whole world shook, so I started to study psychology, meditation and neuroscience.
\nI am a big explorer, so I tried on myself everything that helped know who I was, from therapy, rituals, breath work, psychedelics, coaching and all kinds of growth experiences. \n\nI see myself as a path finder, who illuminates the way for others as well.<\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In recent years, I have designed and delivered international trainings and programmes for NGOs, entrepreneurs and corporate teams, reaching over 20,000 participants across leadership, wellbeing, communication and mental fitness. \n\t\t\t\t\tThe book documents how a simple idea grew into one of Europe\u2019s largest civic mobilisation movements.\n\nThe book tells the story behind the scenes \u2014 how we built trust, aligned diverse actors, created powerful communication and mobilised over 2 million people around a shared cause. It reflects on leadership, mobilisation, storytelling and the human dynamics that make collective action possible at scale.\n\nMore than a story about a movement, the book is a reflection on how people can be empowered to act together, how systems change, and what it truly takes to sustain impact over time.<\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
