This is where you will do your workout every day, for a minimum of 15 minutes. Choose any type of exercise you like best to start. You can explore each one individually and then, daily, practice the one that inspires you the most. You don't have to do them all - you can choose just one type, which you liked the most, and repeat it every day.
Important - for the points to add up, you have to listen to the exercise until the very end. Every second.
